Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy of Sole Proprietor Levin M.I. (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Russian Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ.

1. General Provisions

1.1. In order to comply with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, pursuant to Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ, Sole Proprietor Levin M.I. (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") considers the following to be of paramount importance: adherence to the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and confidentiality in data processing, as well as ensuring the security of data processing and storage.

1.2. The Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy regarding the organization of processing and ensuring security:

  • Has been developed to implement the requirements of Russian Federation legislation in the field of personal data processing and in accordance with Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ.
  • Discloses the methods and principles of personal data processing; the rights and obligations of the Operator in processing personal data, the rights of data subjects, and includes a list of measures applied by the Operator to ensure the security of personal data during processing.
  • Is a publicly available document disclosing the fundamentals of the Operator's activities in processing and protecting personal data.

1.3. By accessing our website on your computer or mobile device and:

  • filling out web forms containing your personal data, and/or
  • registering on the site and creating a user account, as well as
  • transmitting your personal data by any other means,

you agree to the terms described in this Policy.

The Operator processes your data in accordance with Russian Federation legislation for the purposes of improving our commercial activities, enhancing the quality of your service, and offering new products and services. The Operator guarantees lawful collection of personal data and maintaining data confidentiality.

4. Processing of Technical Information Not Related to Personal Data

4.1. 5. Consent to Personal Data Processing

5.1. By this Policy, as a data subject, you give consent to the Operator to process your personal data as listed in clause 3.2 of this Policy, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, correction), extraction, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, whether or not by automated means, for the purposes specified in clause 3.1 of this Policy.

You consent that, in addition to the Operator, third parties shall have access to your personal data in full accordance with section 3.3 of this Policy.

The Operator guarantees the following rights:

  • The right to obtain information about which of your personal data is stored by the Operator
  • The right to delete, rectify, or correct your personal data stored by the Operator
  • Other rights established by current Russian Federation legislation

5.2. The consent you provided in accordance with this Policy to process your personal data may be withdrawn by you at any time. In this case, the Operator is obliged to cease processing your personal data or ensure the termination of such processing (if personal data processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Operator), and if the retention of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing, destroy the personal data or ensure their destruction (if processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) within the time period established by Russian Federation legislation.

5.3. You may submit a withdrawal of previously provided consent to process your personal data to the Operator in one of the following ways:

  • Opt out of the Operator's email mailings using the unsubscribe link in emails or in your user account
  • Delete the personal data specified in clause 3.2 of this Policy in your user account
  • Contact Website operators by phone or other means of communication indicated on the Website and request deletion of your user account

6. Where and How the Operator Stores Your Personal Data

The Operator guarantees that data received from you is stored in a secure environment. This means your data is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or destruction by both organizations and individuals. This is ensured by appropriate technical, administrative, and practical security measures. Your personal data is stored within the territory of the Russian Federation.
